Telehealth and in-person sessions are available at my Littleton office. I have experience working with clients ages 8+. Specialties include: anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, career explorations, grief/loss, and faith exploration.

I offer both in-person and telehealth Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy sessions. EMDR has been scientifically proven to reduce the impact of trauma and other stressors.

I operate from a Family Systems perspective and believe that all members in a family can work together to support change. I incorporate age-appropriate play therapy into family sessions.

Welcome to Kindred Alliance Counseling! As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) based in Littleton, CO, I'm thrilled to have you here. My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and hold a certificate in Play Therapy.
With experience working in community mental health, residential settings, and private practice, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients. My expertise lies in helping individuals of all ages overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and helping to navigate through these difficult emotions.
I believe in the importance of creating a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, and I utilize evidence-based therapies to facilitate their healing journey. With a warm and empathetic approach, I strive to create a collaborative and personalized treatment plan that fits the unique needs of each individual.
